I've used a few different cleaning companies over the years, and this team has been by far the best. Every cleaner I've worked with has been kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. They consistently pay attention to the little details that make such a difference, and my home always feels genuinely cared for when they're finished. Beyond the quality of their work, they've been so flexible and understanding whenever life has gotten busy. Whether it's been moving, having visitors in town, pausing service for a while, or adding extra services when I've needed them, they've always been accommodating and easy to work with. When the lady in charge/I believe the owner of Vera's Cleaning first came to give us a quote, I explained what I wanted in detail and how to particular I was about how things are done, the quote was very reasonable. She sent us the best cleaner we've had, and this is after going through two other services in the past. Unfortunately, that lovely person moved and we had to get a new cleaner. Luckily this new lady is awesome too! I've cleaned house for my grandma and my mother for many years, my grandma was also particular about how things were done and it rubbed off on me. I've contracted with Vera's for several years and have always been pleased. Iryna has been my housekeeper for the majority of that time and she is exceptionally thorough. I've also hired Vera's for a pre-move clean and her team did a fabulous job. Vera and the office staff provide outstanding customer service as well.
