Our experts answer all of your questions about our residential/house cleaning service along with our commercial cleaning options.
We accept the following payment methods: personal check, Zelle, Cash App, and bill pay — ask us for details.
If using an electronic payment method, please include the cleaning date in the “Note” or memo field before sending payment.
Let us know if you have any questions or need assistance choosing the best payment option for you.
The cost of your weekly cleaning service, bi-weekly cleaning service, or monthly cleaning service is based on our free estimate. To give you an accurate price quote, the estimate is necessary and takes only about 15 minutes.
Just give us a call at least 48 hours in advance! We appreciate your understanding that schedule changes cause disruption to the smooth flow of operation. There will be a charge of $30.00 if you give us less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, no key left as previously arranged or someone is not there at the agreed time to let our team in.
Take a few minutes before your scheduled cleaning to pick up personal items and belongings like toys or excessive clothing, so cleaners can focus on cleaning surfaces.
Just give us a call at least 48 hours in advance! We appreciate your understanding that skipped cleanings create additional work for our cleaners on your next scheduled cleaning. There will be an upcharge of $50.00 for skipped cleanings.
Yes, tell us what additional services you would like us to provide and we will include them in your estimate.
Most of our customers are not. For security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the keys or entry codes.
For your convenience, we bring our equipment and normal supplies. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies.
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys, and other household items.
We schedule a date and time for your service and arrive promptly.

She sent us the best cleaner we've had, and this is after going through two other services in the past. Unfortunately, that lovely person moved and we had to get a new cleaner.
